Tearing Foil
The excessive resin will escape during the curing stage through the tearing foil. Optimal for further processing with resin lamination technique or for bonding. Temperature resistance:: max. 232 °C
Separation Film
This film prevents further escaping of resin. The perforation in the film allows the permeation of air and volatile components into the above installed suction unit. Temperature resistance:: max. 140 °C
Suction Fleece
Allows the initiation of vacuum. The suction fleece sucks excessive resin out of the prepreg composite. The suction fleece is nontoxic and anti-allergic. Temperature resistance:: max. 205 °C
Honeycomb Fleece
The carbon fibre composite can take forces best in a tubular construction. This fact makes it necessary to include a profile into the prepreg stability carrier.

Araldite Adhesive
Thixotrophic, toughened bond with gap filling properties. If applied up to layers of 10 mm, the adhesive will not escape. We recommend Araldite Adhesive for GVK bondings. Araldite 2015 is a paste-like epoxy based two component adhesive. It will cure at room temperature and creates elastic bondings.
